After graduating from Electrical - Electronics school, do you have to install electrical networks?

I am female, just passed the Electrical - Electronic Engineering Technology major, Academy of Posts and Telecommunications Technology but I am worried that after graduating from this major I will have to install electrical networks.

I think the major is suitable for boys so I think it will be difficult for me to compete when I graduate. I also heard that those who study Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology will install electrical networks after graduation.

If I don't enroll, I will have to retake the exam next year. If I continue studying, can I change my major or study something else to have better job opportunities?
