Tuition fees at the top 10 universities in Australia range from AUD 24,700 to AUD 100,000 (VND 0.4-1.65 billion) per year, depending on the field of study.
According to the QS World University Rankings 2024, published in mid-November, the University of Melbourne is the best university in Australia. The University of New South Wales and the University of Sydney are tied for second place. The remaining universities in the top 10 are: the Australian National University, Monash University, Queensland University, Western Australia University, Adelaide University, the University of Technology Sydney, and Macquarie University.
Tuition fees for international students at these universities range from AUD 24,700 to AUD 100,000 per year. The highest fees are for Clinical Medicine at the University of Melbourne, followed by Veterinary Science at the University of Queensland (AUD 75,300). The lowest tuition fees are for Music, Visual and Performing Arts, also at the University of Melbourne.

Regarding employment, a March report by QILT, funded by the Australian Department of Education, showed that in 2022, the percentage of graduates securing full-time employment ranged from 71.2% to 83.7%. Four universities had rates higher than the national average of 79%: the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Monash, and Queensland.
The average salary for graduates from these universities is around AUD 62,800-70,000 per year, led by the University of New South Wales, while the national average is AUD 68,000.

Australia is one of the three most attractive study destinations in the world, along with the United States and Canada. As of September this year, the country welcomed over 740,000 international students, a 31% increase compared to the same period last year.
Besides tuition fees, living expenses in Australia are approximately 30,000 - 34,000 AUD per year, according to the study abroad website Shiksha.
