University Tuition 2025: Which Schools Will Increase the Most?

Ho Chi Minh City Open University announced the expected tuition fee of 24 - 49.5 million VND/year, an increase of 1.5 - 2 million VND compared to last year.

Of which, the tuition fee for standard programs is 24-28.5 million VND/year, the highest being for majors in the technology and engineering groups. Most high-quality programs charge tuition fees of 46.5 million VND. For engineering programs, the tuition fee is about 139 - 144 million VND.
