According to the enrollment plan of the University of Commerce, next school year the school plans to apply a new tuition fee of 24 - 27.9 million VND/school year (an increase of 1.9 million VND compared to the previous school year) for the standard training program.
For the International Professional Orientation Program (IPOP), the school applies a tuition fee of 38.5 million VND/school year (an increase of 3.5 million VND compared to last year).
For the international dual degree training program, the school will apply a tuition fee of 260 million VND/course. The tuition fee for advanced training programs is 180 million VND/course.

The school also stated that the annual tuition fee increase will not exceed 12.5% compared to the previous year (according to Decree 81/ND-CP dated August 27, 2021 of the Government ).
In the 2025-2026 school year, the University of Commerce will spend 32-33 billion VND to provide scholarships to its students according to regulations. The school will enroll more than 5,320 students (an increase of 370 students compared to last year) for 45 multidisciplinary training programs.
The school applies 6 admission methods, including: direct admission and priority admission; considering the 2025 high school graduation exam scores; considering the results of capacity assessment, thinking assessment; considering the combination of graduation exam scores, transcript scores with international certificates; considering the combination of graduation exam scores and provincial excellent student awards. Compared to previous years, the University of Commerce has stopped considering independent transcripts.
With the method of using excellent student awards, the school requires from third prize at provincial level or higher. Candidates are given 1-2 bonus points, and this point is used in combination with the total of three graduation exams.
With the international certificate combination method, the school accepts IELTS from 5.0 or equivalent. Candidates can convert their certificate score on a 10-point scale and receive an additional 0.5-3 bonus points.
This year, the University of Commerce added 4 new combinations, including: D09 (Math, History, English), D10 (Math, Geography, English), D84 (Math, Economic and Legal Education, English), TMU (Math, Information Technology/Technology, English). At the same time, the school still uses the combinations from last year, including: A00 (Math, Physics, Chemistry), A01 (Math, Physics, English), D03 (Math, Literature, French), D01 (Math, Literature, English), D04 (Math, Literature, Chinese), D07 (Math, Chemistry, English).
This year's high school graduation exam will take place on June 26-27. 2025 is the year when the first batch of students under the new generaleducation program will take the high school graduation exam.
Candidates will take the exam in 4 subjects instead of 6 as before. The two compulsory subjects are Math and Literature; the two optional subjects are Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Geography, History, Economic and Legal Education, Information Technology, Technology and Foreign Languages (English, German, Russian, Japanese, French, Chinese, Korean). This is the first time that Information Technology and Technology (Industry, Agriculture) have become graduation exam subjects.
Regarding the formula for calculating graduation scores, exam scores account for 50%; the rest is the grade 10, 11 and 12 transcript scores (50%) and priority points if any. Compared to before, the transcript scores increased by 20%. The high school graduation exam results were announced on July 16, 1 day earlier than last year.
