On the afternoon of August 4, the Union of Science and Technology Associations of Thai Binh province held a conference to study and exchange experiences with the Union of Science and Technology Associations of Bac Ninh province.

At the conference, the Union of Science and Technology Associations of Thai Binh and Bac Ninh provinces informed about the organizational structure and the operation of the two units in recent years. At the same time, they exchanged experiences in gathering and uniting intellectuals; consulting, criticism and social appraisal activities; information, propaganda and knowledge dissemination; scientific research and technology development activities; organizing science, technology and engineering innovation competitions, youth, children's innovation competitions and some related contents.
