Association of War Veterans of Block 487 province supports members to overcome natural disasters

On August 27, the Association of War Veterans, Block 487 of the province visited, encouraged and supported the families of War Veterans in Huoi Mot commune who suffered losses due to the impact of storm No. 3.

Representative of the Association of War Veterans, Block 487 of the province, presented support to members of the Association of War Veterans, Huoi Mot commune.

Previously, due to the impact of storm No. 3, Huoi Mot commune suffered heavy damage, with 229 households suffering damage to their houses and properties, including 2 households of War Veterans Association members whose houses were completely collapsed and swept away, namely the households of War Veterans Lo Van Khoa, Nam Pu village and Ca Van Lung, Chay Cang village.

Sharing the losses and encouraging members, the Association of War Veterans of Block 487 of the province donated 8 million VND in cash to 2 families of war veterans and some clothes and other necessities, with a total value of about 10 million VND. The gifts contributed to helping war veterans stabilize their lives soon.
