Mr. Le Minh Tuan, Deputy Director of the Copyright Department (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) informed at the press conference.
On the afternoon of October 10, at the regular press conference for the third quarter of 2025 organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Mr. Le Minh Tuan - Deputy Director of the Copyright Office (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism), provided detailed information on the preparations for the 2025 Autumn Fair.
Mr. Le Minh Tuan said that the Copyright Office was assigned by the Ministry to be the focal point for implementing the tasks of organizing the Autumn Fair 2025. Taking place from October 26, 2025 to November 4, 2025, the Autumn Fair 2025 is an opportunity to connect production units, businesses, creative organizations and the public in the country, while creating opportunities to introduce and promote cultural products imbued with Vietnamese identity. The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will closely coordinate with the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the general organization, ensuring professionalism, safety and efficiency for the entire Fair.
"The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is focusing all resources to ensure the fair is organized on schedule, with the highest quality and efficiency," said Mr. Le Minh Tuan.
In addition, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will host the opening and closing ceremonies, which are considered the highlights of the fair. These are not only ceremonial events but also an opportunity to honor the efforts of organizations and businesses in the cultural and creative fields.
According to Mr. Le Minh Tuan, one of the important highlights at this year's Autumn Fair is the cultural sector's own exhibition space with the theme "Quintessence of Vietnamese culture". This area is located in the main hall and the central hall of Kim Quy House, with a total area of about 17,000 m2, designed in a modern, open style, creating favorable conditions for exhibition and exchange.
Here, hundreds of unique products from many fields of art, cinema, handicrafts, fashion, design, publishing and other creative products will be introduced to the public. Each booth is carefully selected, ensuring the brand representation, quality and commercialization potential of Vietnamese cultural products.
Unlike exhibitions that are purely introductory in nature, the 2025 Autumn Fair focuses on clear commercial elements. The products on display are all capable of creating economic value, contributing to affirming the cultural industry as a key economic sector in the future."
The fair is divided into 5 main zones chaired by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Hanoi People's Committee, and Vingroup, including:
Zone 1 "Industry, trade, services - Prosperity" displays industrial, trade and service products for economic groups and enterprises.
Zone 2 "Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture" organizes promotional activities and commercializes typical products of 12 cultural industries.
Zone 3: “Quintessence of Hanoi Autumn” introduces typical industrial and commercial products. Zone 4: “Autumn in Vietnam – The color of water and the fragrance of autumn” promotes products bearing collective trademarks, certified trademarks and geographical indications of the locality.
Zone 5: "Family Collection" promotes branded products in retail systems and shopping malls.
The cultural sector's own exhibition space with the theme "Quintessence of Vietnamese Culture" demonstrates the desire to connect tradition and modernity, while turning cultural values into new development resources for the economy. This is an opportunity to honor creative products, encourage businesses to invest more in the cultural and artistic fields, contributing to spreading the Vietnamese brand to the world.
In addition to the main exhibition area, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism is also in charge of the fair's central stage, with an area of nearly 800 m2. This will be the place where many exciting activities take place, such as the opening ceremony, art programs, film performances, fashion shows, sports exchanges, along with cooperation and trade signing activities between businesses, organizations and individuals.
This space is expected to become a convergence point of art and commerce, creating opportunities for domestic cultural enterprises to meet, exchange and seek partners. At the same time, this is also an area that attracts a large number of people to visit, experience and shop, contributing to increasing the spread of the fair.
Mr. Le Minh Tuan said that preparations for the fair have been carried out urgently for over a week and are now entering the final stages of completion. With just over a week left until the opening, the units are focusing on ensuring that all stages, from facilities, security, logistics to communications, are carried out synchronously.
Thereby, realizing the goal of the 2025 Autumn Fair is not only a place to promote the image of Vietnamese culture, but also an opportunity for businesses to find partners, expand markets, and promote the development of domestic cultural products.
The 2025 Autumn Fair is the first Fair in Vietnam, organized on the largest scale (with about 3,000 booths), at the largest and most modern Center (area of about 100,000 m2) and with the largest number of participants (all 34 provinces and cities, Ministries, branches, relevant agencies, Corporations, General Companies and private enterprises, domestic and foreign enterprises are mobilized to participate).
Organizing the 2025 Autumn Fair (Fair) on a large scale is very necessary. The Fair will be a concentrated trade promotion channel, aiming to stimulate consumption, promote production and business, expand import and export, attract a large number of businesses and consumers to participate, making an important contribution to achieving the economic growth target of over 8% in 2025.
