Provincial Red Cross supports households severely affected by storm No. 10

- On the afternoon of October 1, the Provincial Red Cross Association visited and supported a family that suffered heavy damage due to storm No. 10 (storm BUALOI) in Quan Son commune.

Leaders of the Provincial Red Cross Society encouraged and gave gifts to support the family of Mr. Ma Van Sao, Suoi Phay village, Quan Son commune.

Accordingly, the leaders of the Provincial Red Cross Society visited and presented gifts worth 10 million VND (of which, comrade Nguyen Canh Toan, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee supported 5 million VND and the Provincial Humanitarian Fund supported 5 million VND) to the family of Mr. Ma Van Sao (born in 1994), residing in Suoi Phay village, former Huu Kien commune, now Quan Son commune.

Previously, the circulation of storm No. 10 caused heavy rain on September 29, causing a landslide in the hill behind Mr. Sao's house, burying Ms. NTH, born in 1996 (Mr. Sao's wife), leading to her death. It is known that Mr. Sao and his wife have 3 children, the youngest is only 18 months old, the family is poor so the situation is very difficult.

Here, the leaders of the Provincial Red Cross Society encouraged and shared the losses and hoped that the family would soon overcome the pain and stabilize their lives.
