Khanh Hoa Provincial Red Cross: Received 10 tons of goods and necessities to support people in the North affected by floods

In response to the call of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Khanh Hoa province, on October 9, the Provincial Red Cross launched the campaign "Join hands to overcome floods". The campaign calls on agencies, businesses, organizations and people in the province to support and donate cash and essential goods to support people in the North affected by floods.

After one day of launching the campaign "Join hands to overcome floods", on October 10, the Khanh Hoa Red Cross Society received about 10 tons of goods and necessities including rice, instant noodles, drinking water, milk, medicine... with a total value of about 250 million VND contributed by agencies, businesses, organizations and people in the province to support people in the North affected by floods.

All the goods will be quickly shipped to the northern provinces to support people. The activity has demonstrated the spirit of "mutual love" and "helping each other" of Khanh Hoa people towards their compatriots in the disaster area.

Currently, the Provincial Red Cross Society has deployed 3 points to receive relief goods including: 34 Yersin, Nha Trang ward; 118 Nguyen Trai, Nha Trang ward and 156 Ngo Gia Tu, Phan Rang ward, Khanh Hoa province.
