Associate Professor Dr. Bui Thi An recommends that it is necessary to specify mechanisms and policies to support female intellectuals, those with "dual functions", especially women who do business and research. This should be done through regular assessment and mandatory targets in the training of female cadres to continue to promote the intelligence of this group.

Sharing about the model "Listening to the people speak", Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ngoc Ha Ward Tran Thi Ha Giang said that the innovative model "Listening to the people speak" was deployed right after the ward operated the 2-level local government model. The model was born to strengthen democracy, consolidate people's trust in the Party Committee and the government, and is a step to concretize Decisions 217 and 218 of the Politburo on social supervision and criticism.

The model is deployed at 100% of community centers every weekend, with the direct participation of ward leaders and the Women's Union. At the same time, the ward also applied digital transformation through the QR code "Ngoc Ha's Suggestions" and an online form to receive feedback. In just one peak month, the model recorded nearly 200 feedbacks and completely resolved many outstanding recommendations, from problems integrating health insurance into VNeID to problems issuing administrative documents.

Ms. Pham Thi Ly, founder of the Center for Integration and Development of Enterprises (IDE), commented on the contributions of female entrepreneurs in the field of technology. Notably, CheckVN technology, the first core technology platform designed by Vietnamese people, has been successfully applied in production management, anti-counterfeiting and traceability of agricultural and food products.

Ms. Pham Thi Ly proposed that Hanoi should expand the scope of application of the Check.hanoi.gov.vn system to industrial and commercial products, medical products to comprehensively manage the origin, prevent commercial fraud and manage the general production of the whole city. At the same time, she recommended that the Hanoi Women's Union develop a technology platform connecting supply and demand with Check.hanoi.gov.vn and the iHanoi application, creating a clean, tightly controlled information environment, contributing to the successful implementation of the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods".

The seminar affirmed that women in the capital are active and pioneering subjects in building a strong Party and government, creating momentum for economic development, applying science and technology, especially digital transformation in the new era.
