The People's Council of Dong Thap province, term X, has just issued Resolution No. 01 dated February 20, 2025, abolishing the Resolutions of the People's Council of Dong Thap province. This Resolution was approved by the People's Council of Dong Thap province, term X, at the 12th extraordinary session on February 20, 2025 and took effect from the date of approval.
Provincial People's Council delegates vote to pass the Resolution at the 12th session
Accordingly, the Provincial People's Council abolishes all of the following resolutions:
1. Resolution No. 18 dated December 11, 2004 of the People's Council of Dong Thap province on approving the structure of agencies under the People's Committees of districts and towns.
2. Resolution No. 25 dated December 11, 2004 of the People's Council of Dong Thap province on approving the structure of specialized agencies under the People's Committee of Dong Thap province.
3. Resolution No. 97 dated December 8, 2012 of the People's Council of Dong Thap province on approving the Housing Development Program of Dong Thap province to 2020.
4. Resolution No. 33 dated December 5, 2014 of the People's Council of Dong Thap province approving the Project on tourism development of Dong Thap province for the period 2015 - 2020.
5. Resolution No. 22 dated December 10, 2015 of the People's Council of Dong Thap province on amending and supplementing Resolution No. 97 dated December 8, 2012 of the People's Council of Dong Thap province on approving the Housing Development Program of Dong Thap province to 2020.
6. Resolution No. 55 dated August 3, 2016 of the People's Council of Dong Thap province promulgating the Employment Program of Dong Thap province for the period 2016 - 2020.
7. Resolution No. 59 dated August 3, 2016 of Dong Thap Provincial People's Council on improving the quality of education in Dong Thap province for the period 2016 - 2020.
8. Resolution No. 71 dated December 8, 2016 of August 3, 2016 of Dong Thap Provincial People's Council on approving the list of land acquisition projects in 2017 in Dong Thap province.
9. Resolution No. 72 dated December 8, 2016 of August 3, 2016 of Dong Thap Provincial People's Council on approving the list of land use conversion purposes for rice cultivation to implement projects in 2017 in Dong Thap province.
10. Resolution No. 116 dated July 14, 2017 of the People's Council of Dong Thap province on amending and supplementing Resolution No. 71 dated December 8, 2016 of August 3, 2016 of the People's Council of Dong Thap province on approving the list of land acquisition projects in 2017 in Dong Thap province.
11. Resolution No. 117 dated July 14, 2017 of the People's Council of Dong Thap province on amending and supplementing Resolution No. 72 dated December 8, 2016 of August 3, 2016 of the People's Council of Dong Thap province on approving the change of land use purpose for rice cultivation to implement the project in 2017 in Dong Thap province.
12. Resolution No. 121 dated July 14, 2017 of the People's Council of Dong Thap province promulgating the Action Plan to implement the Vietnam Population and Reproductive Health Strategy for the period 2017-2020 in Dong Thap province.
13. Resolution No. 151 dated December 7, 2017 of the People's Council of Dong Thap province on Adjusting land use planning to 2020 and the final land use plan (2016 - 2020) of Dong Thap province.
14. Resolution No. 152 dated December 7, 2017 of the People's Council of Dong Thap province approving the list of land acquisition projects in 2018 in Dong Thap province.
15. Resolution No. 153 dated December 7, 2017 of Dong Thap Provincial People's Council on approving the list of land use conversion purposes for rice cultivation to implement projects in 2018.

36. Resolution No. 50 dated August 17, 2021 of the People's Council of Dong Thap province on supplementing the area of rice-growing land to change the purpose of implementing the project in 2021 in Dong Thap province.
37. Resolution No. 26 dated December 9, 2022 of the People's Council of Dong Thap province stipulating the level of expenditure to support the establishment of public electronic information clusters to serve foreign information and propaganda at border gates in Dong Thap province.
