Lao Cai Provincial Women's Union organizes training on Union professional skills

CTTĐT - On September 10, 2025, at Van Phu ward, Lao Cai Provincial Women's Union organized a training course to improve professional skills to prepare for organizing the Women's Congress at all levels and to improve professional skills of the Union for the Chairwoman and Vice Chairwoman of the Commune-level Women's Union.

Comrade Tran Thi Thanh Thuy - Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union delivered the opening speech.

At the training course, trainees will be thoroughly informed and guided on how to summarize and evaluate the 2021-2025 term, organize the Women's Congresses of communes and wards for the 2025-2030 term; deploy key tasks at the end of 2025; guide the professional work of the Union, foster practical skills to innovate the Union's activities at the grassroots level after merging administrative boundaries, implementing the 2-level local government model; Improve the capacity of policy credit management of the Women's Union through lending entrustment activities with the Policy Bank; Improve capacity, digital skills, information technology application skills, use of Membership Management software for Women's Union officials of communes and wards and spend time exchanging, discussing, and guiding to solve difficulties and problems in the implementation process.

According to the Plan, in the coming time, the Provincial Women's Union will continue to organize training courses in Nghia Lo ward and Lao Cai ward.
