Vietnam Youth Union of Yen Son commune held a model congress for the 2024-2029 term

On the morning of January 14, the Vietnam Youth Union (VYU) of Yen Son commune (Tam Diep city) held its 5th Congress of Delegates for the 2024-2029 term. This is the unit selected by the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union to organize the grassroots congress for the 2024-2029 term.

Attending the Congress were leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; leaders of the Vietnam Youth Union of the province and districts and cities.

In the 2019-2024 term, the work of the Association and the youth movement of Yen Son commune achieved many important results, completing and exceeding the 6 targets set by the 4th Congress. The movements and programs launched by the Association were widely deployed, achieving practical results; contributing to gathering and promoting the strength and intelligence of Yen Son commune's youth to participate in socio-economic development, ensuring political security and social order and safety of the locality.

In the past 5 years, the Vietnam Youth Union Committee of Yen Son commune and its members have carried out 7 youth projects such as: building 2 Youth Tree Rows, Youth Flower Streets; 2 Sports and Physical Training Centers; giving away more than 100 gifts; supporting the construction of 3 Red Scarf houses. Propagating and mobilizing 53 young people to join the army to protect the Fatherland; recruiting 63 new members; introducing 23 outstanding youth members to the Party for consideration and admission...

In the 2024-2029 term, the Vietnam Youth Union of Yen Son commune sets out specific goals, directions, tasks and solutions, striving to complete 6 basic targets. In which, it continues to closely follow the direction of the Party Committee of the commune and the Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union of Tam Diep city to effectively implement the movement "I love my Fatherland", the program "Accompanying the youth" and the program "Working on building and developing the Youth Union organization, expanding the solidarity front, gathering the youth".

With the spirit of Pioneering - Innovation - Solidarity - Creativity - Development, the Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Youth Union of Yen Son commune consulted and elected 15 outstanding young people to participate in the Committee of the Association and the position of President of the Vietnam Youth Union of the commune, term V, 2024-2029.

The Vietnam Youth Union Committee, term V, 2024-2029, was introduced to the Congress.

At the same time, select a delegation representing the youth of the commune to attend the 5th Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union of Tam Diep city, term 2024-2029.
