The Provincial Party Standing Committee Conference discussed and decided on a number of contents within its authority.

On December 30, Comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, chaired the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee meeting to discuss and decide on a number of work contents within his authority.

Attending the conference were comrades: Lo Minh Hung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Dinh Viet, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the People's Council, People's Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors of the province.

At the conference, comments were given on the contents presented by the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee on: Results of state budget collection in 2024; implementation and disbursement of public investment capital plan in 2024; tasks and solutions for implementation in 2025; soliciting opinions on the construction planning project of Quynh Nhai district, Son La province to 2030, with a vision to 2050; soliciting opinions on the draft report on the official results of reviewing poor and near-poor households in 2024 in Son La province; reviewing and supplementing the plan to implement the Land Law in 2024.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee spoke at the conference.

Delegates gave their opinions on the contents submitted to the 26th thematic session of the 15th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, including: Results of the examination of the draft Resolution submitted to the session; report on explanation, acceptance, and clarification of comments and opinions in the report on the examination results of the Provincial People's Council Party Delegation on Submission No. 1168-TTr/BCSĐ dated December 27, 2024 on approving the policy of detailed allocation of the 2025 public investment plan for additional sources to balance the provincial budget (phase 2) and Submission No. 1166-TTr/BCSĐ dated December 26, 2024 on approving the policy on land support policies for ethnic minorities living in Son La province.

Also at the conference, delegates reviewed and gave opinions on the contents presented by the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, the Provincial Party Committee's Office, and the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee.

The Provincial Party Secretary chaired the conference.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Hoang Quoc Khanh requested the units in charge of drafting documents to receive comments and contributions, complete draft reports and submissions that are tight, appropriate, and in line with the province's policies and orientations, ensuring effective implementation. Agree with the submission of the Quynh Nhai District Construction Planning Project, Son La Province to 2030, with a vision to 2050; regularly monitor, inspect, and supervise poverty reduction work and report to the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to remove difficulties and obstacles to ensure progress and effectiveness.
