Conference of Civil Servants, Public Employees and Workers of Hai Phong Department of Industry and Trade in 2025

On the afternoon of January 23, the Trade Union of the Hai Phong Department of Industry and Trade organized a conference for civil servants, public employees and workers in 2025. The conference was attended by leaders of the Department, along with all civil servants, public employees and workers of specialized departments and units under the Hai Phong Department of Industry and Trade.

Trade union work in 2024 has achieved some remarkable results: Political and ideological education, strengthening education on traditions, laws, ethics, and lifestyles for union members. Propagating and mobilizing to regularly carry out activities to raise awareness for union members. Building a union organization, consolidating and developing the union organization, actively participating in the political tasks of the agency. Blood donation club activities maintain and develop this activity effectively. Women's work and child care have carried out related activities well. However, there are still some limitations such as the organization of emulation movements is not regular and some union members are not bold enough to participate and contribute ideas.

Orientation and emulation movements, under the leadership of the Party Committee and the direction of the City Civil Servants' Union, the Department of Industry and Trade's grassroots union has actively responded to emulation movements, such as: Building a cultural agency, fighting against negativity and corruption, emulating "Skillful mass mobilization", implementing administrative reform and building new rural areas. Emulation movements are associated with the implementation of "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style".

The conference voted to pass the resolution targets, including: 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers study the Party's directives and resolutions; 90% of cadres complete their tasks well; Grassroots trade unions complete their tasks well; Over 90% of union members achieve the title of "Good union member"; 100% of cadres' families achieve the title of "Cultural family".

Comrade Nguyen Van Thanh highly appreciated the achievements and requested the Trade Union of the Department of Industry and Trade to continue promoting achievements, strengthening solidarity, building a strong trade union organization, coordinating with the government in implementing directives and resolutions of the Party and State, and at the same time grasping the aspirations of union members to have timely solutions.

The conference affirmed the determination to successfully carry out political tasks and complete the goals of the Resolution of the Congress of the Trade Union of the Department of Industry and Trade for the 2023-2028 term./.
