Conference on Promoting and Advertising Ha Tinh Tourism.

On the afternoon of April 9, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with the Ha Tinh Tourism Association organized a conference to promote Ha Tinh tourism to the northern provinces. Attending were representatives of the Vietnam National Tourism Administration; Vietnam Tourism Association; Tourism Association and travel agencies of 22 provinces and cities in the country. On the Ha Tinh side, there was comrade Le Ngoc Chau - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Tourism Development Steering Committee.

Ha Tinh, with its strategic location on the "Central Heritage Road" tourist route, is assessed to have great potential for sea tourism, historical-cultural tourism, spiritual culture, and eco-resort tourism. There are many beautiful and attractive beaches such as Xuan Thanh, Xuan Hai, Chan Tien, Thach Hai, Thien Cam, Ky Ninh; many famous scenic spots such as Ke Go Lake, Vu Quang National Park, Son Kim hot spring, Vu Mon waterfall, Ngan Truoi Lake, Hoanh Son Quan... many valuable intangible cultural heritages honored by UNESCO such as: folk songs Vi, Giam, Ca Tru... many outstanding celebrities, associated with historical and cultural relics such as: Huong Tich Pagoda, the temple of Che Thang Phu Nhan Nguyen Thi Bich Chau, Cho Cui Temple, Chieu Trung Dai Vuong Le Khoi Temple; relic sites of Nguyen Du, Nguyen Cong Tru, General Secretary Tran Phu, General Secretary Ha Huy Tap, Dong Loc Intersection, Hai Thuong Lan Ong Le Huu Trac...

The province currently has 294 hotels and motels with more than 7,000 rooms, including 2 5-star establishments, 3 4-star establishments, and 8 3-star establishments. In addition, there are 1,553 restaurants and 25 travel agencies.

In recent years, Ha Tinh province has issued many policies to promote tourism development, identifying this as a key task in socio -economic development. The province is focusing on mobilizing resources, encouraging investment, developing infrastructure, attracting and developing high-quality tourism products and services. At the same time, there are also appropriate mechanisms and policies to create the most favorable conditions for investors and businesses operating in the tourism sector in the province.

At the conference, delegates discussed and shared experiences in developing local tourism, and proposed solutions to link investment in developing tourism in Ha Tinh with other provinces. Some opinions emphasized that Ha Tinh needs to take advantage of its advantages to build attractive tourism products, identify customer segments, and have appropriate promotional strategies, while strongly promoting regional linkages.
