Scientific workshop "Igniting creativity - Inspiring startups" - Lang Son Newspaper and Radio and Television Station

- On the morning of April 19, 2025, the Department of Science and Technology of Lang Son province organized a scientific workshop with the theme "Igniting creativity - Inspiring startups" to celebrate World Creativity and Innovation Day (April 21) and World Intellectual Property Day (April 26) in 2025.

The workshop was attended by many businesses, cooperatives, and individuals who are typical in successful creative start-up activities inside and outside the province, along with students from a number of schools in the province: Chu Van An High School for the Gifted, Viet Bac High School, Hoang Van Thu High School, Provincial Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, Lang Son Pedagogical College, Lang Son Vocational College, and Lang Son Center for Continuing Education, Information Technology and Foreign Languages.

At the workshop, businesses in the province in the fields of agricultural product trading, distribution, and service business shared their experiences in starting a business, difficulties, challenges, and the importance of innovative thinking.

In particular, a group of students from Chu Van An High School for the Gifted presented an impressive speech on the topic "Ideas from school - Journey to the market". This group of students won first prize in the National "Students with Startup Ideas" contest in 2024. The students' speeches showed the great creative potential of Lang Son's young generation in the innovation process.

The workshop aims to honor the role of creativity and innovation in the socio-economic development of the province, while at the same time arousing a strong entrepreneurial spirit in the community, especially the young generation. This is an opportunity to connect successful cooperatives and businesses with potential ideas from students, creating a dynamic entrepreneurial ecosystem in Lang Son.

Through listening to practical experiences shared by cooperatives, typical businesses and creative ideas from students of Chu Van An High School for the Gifted, the workshop inspired and equipped students with basic knowledge and skills on innovation and entrepreneurship. The workshop will nurture creative ideas from school, give wings to potential startup projects, contribute to enhancing competitiveness and promoting sustainable growth for Lang Son province in the future.
