Comrade Tran Thi Thu Loan, Director of Tra Vinh SME Project signed the minutes of handover of the results and outputs of the Project with the leaders of the Department of Industry and Trade.
Attending the workshop were comrades: Chau Van Hoa, Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment; Tran Thi Thu Loan, Director of Tra Vinh SME Project and representatives of provincial departments, branches, Tra Cu, Chau Thanh and Cang Long districts.
After 9 years of implementation, the Project has invested in the construction of 25 works in 15 communes and towns in 7 districts, towns and cities with a total investment of 76.08 billion VND. Implemented communication on the Enterprise Support Program to 670 officials and enterprises, including about 300 enterprises, cooperatives and business households. Supported capital for 11 enterprises with a disbursement amount of over 11.8 billion VND, of which project capital is over 5.3 billion VND; enterprise capital is over 6.4 billion VND. Up to now, the project has transferred 11 support contracts of 11 enterprises to the Department of Industry and Trade.
The program supports small and medium enterprises to contribute to developing new products, increasing product added value; innovating technology and production processes; improving environmental pollution; expanding domestic and foreign markets; and improving business knowledge capacity.

Speaking at the workshop, Comrade Chau Van Hoa expressed his gratitude to the agencies and partners who have accompanied the Project in implementing activities to contribute to accelerating the development speed and enhancing the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises in the province in recent years. The contributions of the agencies have contributed positively and effectively to the success of the Project.
To ensure that the Project's products are maintained sustainably, contributing to the successful implementation of the plan to support the development of small and medium enterprises in Tra Vinh province for the period 2021 - 2025 and subsequent stages after the project ends. The Project Steering Committee has affirmed the importance of developing an exit strategy for the Project. Through the exit strategy, the results and outputs of the Project are identified and serve as the basis for the Provincial People's Committee to officially assign to agencies and partners for continued maintenance and replication.
