According to data from the Vietnam Exhibition Center (VEC), on August 28 (opening day) there were more than 230,000 visitors; on August 29 nearly 300,000 visitors and on August 30 with more than 650,000 visitors.
To accommodate the large number of visitors, the Organizing Committee has deployed many synchronous services, ensuring a convenient and civilized experience. The system includes 20 bus routes connecting points in the city; 2 free internal tram routes; 925 toilets arranged indoors and outdoors, with separate areas for the disabled.
The food court is scientifically arranged with 2 outdoor areas in the North and West courtyards (114 kiosks), 4 indoor areas in the halls on the 2nd, 3rd, 6th and 7th floors of Kim Quy building and many additional kiosks. In addition, there are 12 information counters, a system of signboards placed throughout the campus, a free information handbook (online version available) and a digital map Digimap to support convenient positioning and directions.

In parallel with support services to meet the needs of people and visitors, the exhibition hosts an average of 100 events and rich experiential activities every day.
Highlights of the series of activities taking place at the Exhibition include high-altitude fireworks displays (August 28, September 2 and September 5), robot performances, culinary demonstrations, hot air balloon flights, artistic kite flying, traditional handicraft performances, and special art performances by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in coordination with 34 provinces and cities.

More than 200 exhibition areas also organize seminars, interactive programs, and giveaways to increase connection with the public.
With the enthusiastic participation of nearly 2,000 receptionists and volunteers in coordination with the VEC's coordinating force, it contributed to creating a unified block, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and unanimity of the entire people in a political and cultural event of great significance to the country.
