Over 1.2 million people attended the conference to understand and implement the Resolution of the 10th Central Committee Conference.

On the morning of October 20th, the Politburo and the Secretariat of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam held a national conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 10th Plenum of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.

The conference was held in a hybrid format, combining in-person and online participation, starting from the Dien Hong venue ( National Assembly building), connecting with 14,934 venues nationwide and attracting over 1.2 million participants.

The conference was organized to raise awareness and responsibility in leading and effectively implementing the Resolution of the 10th Party Congress; to focus intensely on tasks to achieve the goals of the 13th Party Congress Resolution and to best prepare for the Party Congresses at all levels, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress.

According to the conference program, the Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Political Academy and Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, Nguyen Xuan Thang, delivered a presentation on the topic: "Key contents, core elements, and new points in the draft Political Report at the 14th Party Congress and the draft Report summarizing some theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented reform work in Vietnam over the past 40 years."

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh delivered a presentation on the following topics: "Key contents, core elements, and new points in the Draft Report assessing the 5-year implementation of the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021-2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development for the 5 years 2026-2030; the socio-economic situation and state budget in 2024, the plan for 2025; the state financial and budget plan for the 3 years 2025-2027; the policy on investing in a high-speed railway on the North-South axis; and the policy on establishing Hue City as a centrally-governed city."

Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung delivered a presentation on the topic: "Key contents, core elements, and new points in the Draft Report summarizing the work of Party building and implementation of the Party Charter during the 13th Party Congress term; some basic contents on amending the Regulations on elections within the Party; summarizing the personnel work of the 13th Party Congress and building directions for personnel work of the 14th Party Congress."
