Attending the training course were more than 170 delegates representing the executive board, emulation and reward council, members of the bar association of some northern provinces, and legal assistants of the provincial State Legal Aid Center.
During the 1-day period, delegates were introduced to the following contents: the skills of lawyers participating in civil cases from the first instance trial stage, especially cases on compensation for non-contractual damages. In which, the skills of initiating civil lawsuits, contacting clients, collecting documents, evidence and providing evidence... In addition, in the program, delegates listened to Japanese lawyers share their experiences. At the same time, they discussed real-life situations. Upon completion of the training course, delegates were awarded certificates of completion of the professional training program.
Through the training, delegates have improved their legal knowledge and professional skills. Thereby contributing to improving the quality of law practice, meeting the increasing demands of society.
