At the meeting, Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong said: The exhibition of achievements of the country on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of National Day aims to honor and introduce the outstanding achievements of the country over 80 years of protection, construction and development under the leadership of the Party and State; Honor the achievements, contributions, dedication and sacrifices of generations of Vietnamese people who have always strived for the eternal development of the nation and the happiness of the people; Arouse pride in the heroic historical tradition of the country over the past 80 years to motivate and inspire our nation to enter a new era, an era of strong, civilized and prosperous development.
Through the Exhibition, people can also enjoy the achievements of our country, and at the same time introduce to international friends the achievements of our country over the past 80 years, contributing to promoting the image of Vietnam as a reformed, dynamic, and deeply integrated country with friends in the region and the world .
Regarding requirements, the organization of the Exhibition must ensure solemnity, efficiency, cohesion, and harmony between exhibition activities and supporting activities, healthy entertainment services; Design and decoration must be consistent in the overall picture, ensuring openness, cohesion, impression, and high aesthetics. The form of display must have highlights, applying modern, vivid, and rich techniques and technologies. The activities in the exhibition must ensure practicality, richness, diversity, uniqueness, attractiveness, efficiency, focus, and economy, not ostentatious, avoiding waste; focusing on ensuring security, order, and hygiene to serve the essential needs of the people during the exhibition; in addition, it is necessary to protect the safety of exhibits and products on display throughout the exhibition.

Based on the purpose and requirements of the exhibition, at the meeting, members of the Content Subcommittee gave their opinions on the content and design outline of the exhibition of the participating units. In particular, focusing on the following criteria: The suitability of the content with the general theme; The scientific and reasonable nature of the layout; The creativity, aesthetics, and interaction of technology application; The feasibility in construction; The suitability in the general space and the overall orientation of the designs.

Concluding the meeting, Deputy Minister Ta Quang Dong requested the units participating in the exhibition to synthesize and absorb the comments of the members of the Subcommittee and the consulting unit to continue to perfect the content and design of the exhibition to develop a plan for the construction and staging of the Exhibition. In addition, the members of the Subcommittee need to strengthen coordination, closely follow the content of the Exhibition Project to carry out the work on schedule and ensure quality./.
