Specifically, during the shift from 10 p.m. on September 1 to noon on September 2, there were 1,315 cases of health problems requiring medical care, and 113 serious cases were transferred to hospitals.
Dr. Ha Anh Duc also said that hundreds of doctors and medical staff from the Ministry of Health, Hanoi Department of Health, Military Medical Department (Ministry of National Defense) and Health Department ( Ministry of Public Security ) have been mobilized, ready to respond on the spot and coordinate patients to end-line hospitals.
The Hanoi Department of Health alone received and treated 664 cases, of which 75 were severe and had to be transferred to other hospitals for further treatment. The military medical force treated 301 cases, of which 27 were severe and had to be transferred to other hospitals. The police medical unit received 317 cases, of which 10 were severe and had to be transferred to other hospitals. Bach Mai Hospital received 7 cases. Viet Duc Friendship Hospital received 26 cases, of which 1 was severe.
Hospitals such as Bach Mai Hospital, Viet Duc Hospital, Hanoi Heart Hospital, and Xanh Pon General Hospital promptly received, treated, and monitored the health of officers, soldiers, and people participating in the event.
Thanks to close coordination between many forces, all cases received timely medical care, ensuring safety.
"Up to this point, the health sector has basically completed its assigned tasks well, ensuring thoughtful medical work and medical care for the task force and people participating in the Great Festival," Mr. Ha Anh Duc affirmed.
