Add a bank linked to VNeID's social security account

(Chinhphu.vn) - In order to bring the optimal experience as well as timely receive support from the Party and State's policies for the people, Orient Commercial Bank (OCB) has coordinated with the Center for Research and Application of Population Data and Citizen Identification (RAR Center) under the Ministry of Public Security to deploy a payment account linking service to receive support and social security payments directly on the VNeID application.

Customers can easily receive ASXH money quickly and safely by linkingOCB and VNeID accounts.

Accordingly, through this service, OCB will act as a payment bank, keeping accounts receiving social security benefits, including: pensions, benefits for meritorious people, poor household benefits... Customers can easily receive social security money quickly and safely by linking OCB and VNeID accounts.

To successfully register for account linking, customers only need to: Log in to VNeID - select "Social Security" - select "Social Security Account". Next, select Orient Commercial Bank (OCB); Fill in the account number opened at OCB and click Continue (Enter additional 9-digit ID number if available). Finally, successfully submit the request and wait for confirmation results from VNeID. Note: The linked account must be a VND account, with the same owner, active and unrestricted.

With just a few steps on the VNeID application, customers can register to receive social security money quickly, safely, transparently and officially through an account opened at the bank.

If you do not have an account, you can download the OCB OMNI digital banking application, open an account, then return to VNeID to link.

According to statistics, up to now, more than 30 banks and e-wallets have linked with the VNeID application to receive subsidies from social policies. This shows that digital transformation activities in the banking sector are taking place strongly and synchronously.

Recently, OCB and RAR Center also signed a contract to deploy electronic authentication service via VNeID on OCB OMNI application, helping to optimize customer experience, aiming to accompany Agencies to successfully implement Project 06.

According to the signed contract, OCB and RAR Center will jointly implement: Integrating electronic citizen identification data into account opening and customer identification processes; Accurately comparing customer information, contributing to minimizing risks and enhancing security; Optimizing business processes, bringing convenience and superior speed to customers.

The cooperation between OCB and RAR Center once again affirms OCB's strong commitment to applying technology and improving service quality. At the same time, it is an important step, joining hands to create a modern, transparent, safe and efficient data ecosystem - the foundation for digital economic development, ensuring national data sovereignty .
