Hong Bang surpasses targets for developing grassroots trade unions.

From the beginning of 2026 until now, the Hai Phong City Federation of Labor has established six more grassroots trade unions, assigning the Hong Bang Ward Trade Union to monitor and manage them.

Leaders of the City Federation of Labor Unions presented the decision to establish a grassroots trade union in Hong Bang ward.

The newly established grassroots trade unions include: the Trade Union of the Investment and Construction Project Management Board of Hong Bang Ward; the Trade Unions of the following Limited Liability Companies: Deer Smart Vietnam, 199 Transport and Trading, Dai Nam Feng Shui Trading; and the Trade Unions of the following Joint Stock Companies: Popodoo Hai Phong International Education ; and Black Pearl Vietnam Trading and Service.

To date, the Hong Bang Ward Trade Union manages 227 grassroots trade unions with nearly 16,000 members.

During the first five months of 2026, especially during Workers' Month, the Hong Bang Ward Trade Union actively promoted the development of trade union organizations through propaganda and mobilization efforts; establishing 6 out of 9 grassroots trade unions, achieving 67% of the annual plan with 223 members.

These results create a favorable foundation for the unit to continue achieving its trade union development goals, striving to complete the target of establishing grassroots trade unions in the first half of 2026.
