BHG - On the morning of June 27, at the hall of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association, the Literature and Arts Associations of Ha Giang and Tuyen Quang provinces held a meeting to hand over and arrange contents on organizational structure, personnel, finance, assets, and professional activities to merge into the Literature and Arts Association of Tuyen Quang province.

At the meeting, the Literature and Arts Associations of the two provinces agreed to hand over and receive all staff of the Literature and Arts Association of Ha Giang province to work at the Literature and Arts Association of Tuyen Quang province after the merger. Of which, 2 comrades will work directly at the new headquarters in Tuyen Quang province, the remaining 3 staff will coordinate to complete the work on the association and members, complete the synthesis of records, and archive in Ha Giang province. In the immediate future, the structure will be maintained and the activities of the departments and offices at the Association, the Executive Committee, specialized branches, grassroots branches and the number of members of the Literature and Arts Association of the province will be transferred to the Literature and Arts Association of Tuyen Quang province. At the same time, the finance, assets, equipment, machinery, and stationery will be unified; the two magazines of Literature and Arts of Ha Giang and Literature and Arts of Tuyen Quang will be merged into Literature and Arts of Tuyen Quang; the electronic information pages of the two associations will be merged. The main office of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Literature and Arts Association after the merger is located at 215 Tan Trao Street, Phan Thiet Ward, Tuyen Quang City; part of the permanent office is located at 4 Bach Dang Street, Ha Giang City.
The meeting took place seriously, frankly, ensuring compliance with regulations, with 100% of the delegates attending the meeting agreeing with the content of the working minutes for the two associations to merge and operate together as directed from July 1. Thereby, contributing to streamlining the apparatus, ensuring effective operations, avoiding overlap, building a strong Association organization in the new period, associated with political tasks, serving the cultural and spiritual life of ethnic minorities in the province.
