Immediately after announcing the top 10, the Organizing Committee of the contest continued to announce the top 5 Miss Vietnam 2024. At the same time, the contestants whose names were called into the top 5 will also immediately compete in a behavioral competition.
The first contestant to be called was Ha Truc Linh, contestant number 687, from Phu Yen. The second contestant to compete in the behavioral round was Nguyen Thi Van Nhi, contestant number 136, from Hai Phong. The third contestant was Ho Ngoc Phuong Linh, contestant number 870, from Ha Tinh. The fourth contestant was Tran Ngoc Chau Anh, contestant number 220, from Hanoi.
