Introduction: That breath is the sound of casting nets at dawn on the Hoai River, the diligence of fishermen who have been attached to this land for generations. That breath is crystallized in the talented hands of artisans, those who keep the fire of traditional crafts and pass it on to tourists as a cultural gift. And above all, the breath of heritage is most bustling in smiles. It is the gentle smiles of old ladies, mixed with the joy of discovery of tourists from all over the world, erasing all language barriers.
