Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan had a dialogue with businesses to remove difficulties and promote the investment and business environment.

Attending the dialogue were representatives of leaders of the Departments of Finance, Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Environment, Construction, Provincial Economic Zone Management Board, Provincial Land Fund Development Center; leaders of Gia Lai Electricity Company.

The dialogue was also attended by leaders of the communes: Ia Pia, Ia Tor, Ia Hrung, Ia Puch, Kong Chro, Binh Hiep, Tay Son, and An Binh (online connection with the Provincial People's Committee bridge).

On the business side, there were representatives from Quang Duc Export Trading Company Limited; Dragon Production and Trading Company Limited; Esti Environment Company Limited.

At the dialogue, Quang Duc Export Trading Company Limited proposed the contents related to the recovery of an area of 61,200m2 in Phu Tan village, Ia Bang commune, Chu Prong district (now Phu Tan village, Ia Tor commune, Gia Lai province) of Quang Duc Company to hand over to the People's Committee of Chu Prong district for management; requested to continue renting an area of 6,200m2 of land in Ia Hrung commune to build a warehouse for gathering and transferring post-processed products from rubber latex. At the same time, it reflected a number of difficulties related to the technological pig farming projects in Ia Pia and Ia Puch communes, Ia Pa Solar Power Project, and the 85 Nguyen Hue Gas Station Project in Kong Chro commune.

Dragon Production and Trading Company Limited proposed that the main traffic route leading to the project area of the factory producing mechanical products, rattan weaving, mousse mattress sewing has not been invested in construction, causing difficulties in transporting materials, machinery and implementing construction; proposed that the power source for the project is not available, directly affecting the construction progress and equipment installation plan when going into production; proposed that compensation and site clearance of the project of the factory producing mechanical products, rattan weaving, mousse mattress sewing and the factory sawing wood and processing construction materials at Ray Ong Tho Industrial Cluster, Binh Hiep Commune.

Esti Environment Company Limited proposed to adjust the progress of the Thao Nguyen Organic Fertilizer Factory Project to have a basis for carrying out land lease procedures and completing legal documents. Specifically, according to the progress of the first Decision on approving the investment policy, the completion and operation period of the project is the fourth quarter of 2025. Now the enterprise proposes to adjust the completion progress, putting the project into operation until the fourth quarter of 2027.

After listening to the opinions of enterprises, representatives of relevant departments and branches directly discussed, guided and answered each specific content; at the same time, committed to closely coordinate with enterprises in the process of implementing administrative procedures, removing difficulties and obstacles in accordance with the provisions of law.

Speaking at the dialogue with enterprises, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan acknowledged and highly appreciated the frankness and responsibility of enterprises in reflecting difficulties and problems in the process of project operation and implementation.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directly answered and specifically guided each petition and proposal of the enterprises; at the same time, directed relevant departments, branches and localities to urgently review, research and advise on appropriate handling directions, ensuring compliance with legal regulations but being flexible, creating the most favorable conditions for enterprises.

Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan affirmed that the Provincial People's Committee always considers the development of enterprises as the driving force for local economic growth. The province will continue to strongly improve the investment environment, remove obstacles in administrative procedures, land, electricity, infrastructure and human resources, helping enterprises feel secure in investing, producing and doing business in Gia Lai.

The dialogue demonstrated the spirit of listening, sharing and accompanying the provincial leaders in supporting businesses, aiming to build an open, friendly and sustainable investment environment, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development of Gia Lai province in the coming time.
