Saigontourist Group's Food Culture and Delicious Food Festival not only won the "Most Unique Food Festival in Asia" award for the fourth consecutive time, but also won the "Most Unique Food Festival in the World" award for the third consecutive time.

PV: Congratulations to you and the Saigontourist Group on your spectacular "double" achievement at the World Culinary Awards 2025. What feelings does continuously setting records, with three consecutive World Awards, bring to you personally and to the Group?
Mr. Truong Duc Hung (Mr. Hung): This is indeed a great source of pride. This award is not simply a title, but a strong recognition of the persistent and professional efforts of the entire Saigontourist Group team over a long journey. In particular, this victory is even more meaningful as it comes right on the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Corporation (1975 - 2025) bearing the Saigontourist Group mark - 50 years of growing with the country. More importantly, being honored consecutively is also an affirmation of the position and attractiveness of Vietnamese culinary culture in the international arena.

PV: Continuous success is not easy. In your opinion, what has helped Saigontourist Group's Food and Culture Festival maintain its excellence and continuously surpass global candidates to win?
Mr. Hung: Success is a combination of many core factors: First is scale and quality . The 2025 Festival attracted more than 70,000 visitors and introduced more than 600 dishes and drinks , fully demonstrating the diversity and culinary quintessence of the three regions of the country.
The second is the unique cultural character . We do not only sell food, but also create a colorful art and cultural space. A typical example is the vivid reproduction of the floating market scene in the Southwest, bringing an interesting "on the wharf, under the boat" experience to visitors.
Third is professionalism in organization . With experience managing more than 100 tourism units, we have applied international standards to every step, from service quality to ensuring food hygiene and safety, thereby enhancing the festival experience.

PV: The award proves that Vietnamese cuisine has great potential. Can you share more specifically about Saigontourist Group's strategy of bringing the "international version" of the festival abroad?
Mr. Hung: We believe that Vietnamese cuisine can become a great "soft power" to promote national tourism. That is the reason we boldly brought the Food Festival to the world.
The clearest evidence is that in June 2025, Saigontourist Group successfully organized the Saigontourist Group – Vietnam Culinary Culture Festival in Osaka, Japan. The event attracted more than 100,000 visitors, far exceeding all expectations and affirming the strong appeal of Vietnamese cuisine to both overseas Vietnamese and international friends.
More recently, we also collaborated with Tuoi Tre Newspaper to co-organize "Vietnam Pho Festival 2025" in Singapore on October 18 and 19, 2025. These activities not only introduce dishes, but also introduce a part of the soul of Vietnamese culinary culture, contributing to promoting tourism and the image of the country in the most profound and effective way.

PV: With the resounding success in 2025, what are Saigontourist Group's plans and visions for the Festival in the following years?
Mr. Hung: The demand for exploring Vietnamese cuisine and culture is increasing rapidly. In the future, we are committed to continuing to maintain and improve the quality of domestic festivals, making them more diverse and creative.
At the same time, the core strategy is to research and expand the organization of international versions in many other potential markets. The ultimate goal of Saigontourist Group is to turn the festival into not only the pride of Ho Chi Minh City but also a national culinary event, contributing to making Vietnam a leading culinary destination in the world.
