Accordingly, the two units will coordinate in enrollment and organize training courses, professional development; exchange lecturers and students; cooperate in developing and implementing topics, applied scientific research projects and technology transfer in accordance with the development orientation of the two schools. The two sides also agreed to develop detailed agreements for each specific activity, ensuring effectiveness and compliance with current regulations. This is the first step for a long-term, practical and effective cooperation relationship between the twoeducational institutions, for the goal of improving the quality of human resources in the South Central and Central Highlands regions.
