Hung Ha district has been focusing on directing the implementation of many solutions to overcome difficulties, speed up the construction progress of key traffic projects, ensure quality, and meet the needs of socio -economic development.

The project to renovate and upgrade route DH.60 from provincial road DT.455, Dong Do commune to Duyen Hai commune will start construction in May 2023.

In June, we were present at the construction site of the project to upgrade and renovate the DH.62 route through Chi Hoa and Minh Hoa communes. The sound of machinery was bustling and workers were urgently working on the items. Although the weather was hot and sunny at 38 - 40 ^degrees Celsius, everyone was determined to complete the project on schedule.

Mr. Vu Duc Ke, a worker at Hong Minh Construction Company, shared: The weather this year is too harsh, we try to work and stay healthy by drinking lots of water, adding fruit juice and changing working hours, starting from 5:30 am to 10 am in the morning, working later in the afternoon to reduce the time working in the sun. We are all determined to ensure the quality as well as the progress of the project.

Mr. Lai Duc Dung, representative of Hong Minh Construction Company Limited, said: The project to upgrade and renovate the DH.62 route through Chi Hoa and Minh Hoa communes has a length of 4.1km, a total investment of more than 81 billion VND, started in 2022, and has now completed over 70% of the volume. A very favorable point is that the entire construction site is "clean", this is a good condition for us to develop a construction plan to ensure both progress and meet the quality requirements.

The project to renovate and upgrade the DH.60 route from the provincial road DT.455 in Dong Do commune to Duyen Hai commune has a length of more than 4km, starting in May 2023, with an investment capital of more than 37 billion VND. To complete the project, Mr. Vu Van Khien, an officer of Dong Bac Company Limited, shared: We organized many construction teams, mobilized all forces, and concentrated machinery to construct the project. The company flexibly changed working hours and worked overtime at night to ensure progress. At the same time, we focused on closely monitoring the technical, aesthetic, and quality stages of the project. When the route is completed, it will connect spiritual tourist areas and connect regions, bringing a new look to the district.

In 2023, Hung Ha district has 16 projects transferred from 2022, the progress of the implementation of works and projects is of important significance, deciding the completion of traffic infrastructure and promoting local socio-economic development. It is expected that in the coming time, the district will continue to start more than 20 key projects.

Mr. Dinh Thanh Luan, Deputy Director in charge of the District Construction Investment Project Management Board, said: Currently, the Board continues to assign technical staff to coordinate with the supervision consultant unit to regularly monitor the project to promptly inspect and urge the construction contractor, grasp the advantages and difficulties in the implementation process to advise the District People's Committee to have timely solutions and issue documents to urge the construction contractors to speed up the progress, at the same time closely monitor the work of ensuring labor safety, traffic safety and environmental sanitation for the projects. When the above routes are completed and put into use, the district's traffic infrastructure system will be gradually completed.

With the close direction of the district and the drastic participation of the construction unit and investor, key traffic projects in the district will soon be put into use, meeting the needs of travel and socio-economic development.
