Hung Yen: Nearly 20,000 volunteers mobilize to propagate and guide people to use online public services

On July 7, 104 commune-level unions in Hung Yen province simultaneously launched a campaign to propagate and guide people to use online public services, with the participation of nearly 20,000 volunteers, union members and young people.

Leaders of Hung Yen Provincial Youth Union inspected the implementation of guidance and propaganda by volunteers in Nguyen Van Linh commune.

Volunteers went to each residential area and household to support people in installing and using digital platforms, providing instructions on searching, submitting documents online, and carrying out public administrative procedures.

In addition, since the beginning of the year, the Youth Union has organized 35 "Digital Literacy" classes at cultural houses and community activity points, helping people, especially the elderly and freelance workers, access information technology from the most basic steps; completing support for people performing online public services in 100% of communes and wards.

Volunteers guide people to perform public services online.

This is one of the practical activities within the 2025 summer youth volunteer campaign, promoting the pioneering role of Hung Yen youth in the national digital transformation.
