From the city center, following National Highway 14B and then turning west, the journey gradually takes travelers away from the familiar hustle and bustle. Passing the Tuy Loan intersection (Hoa Vang commune), the road begins to wind through rolling hills and mountains. The gentle Tuy Loan River flows peacefully, meandering through forests and slopes of land that are turning a vibrant green.

The deeper we ventured into the mountains, the more expansive the landscape became. Morning mist lingered over the hillsides, and wildflowers along the roadside added a touch of rustic charm. After navigating the winding Kien Pass, a vast expanse of green tea plantations unfolded before our eyes – endless rows of tea plants stretching along the gentle slopes.

Perhaps the most memorable moment was sitting amidst the tea hills, slowly savoring a freshly brewed cup of hot tea. The tea was clear and green, with a delicate aroma, a pleasant astringency followed by a sweet aftertaste. In the crisp coolness of early spring, the small cup of tea became a connecting thread between people and nature, and the tranquil rhythm of life in this mountainous region.
