Investors of social housing projects guide households and individuals who need to buy, rent, or hire-purchase social housing to register their information according to the instructions on the website before receiving the application; at the same time, enter information on the list of expected cases to buy, rent-purchase, or hire social housing and send it to the Department of Construction for inspection to determine the correct subjects.

The above registration is carried out so that the competent authorities have a basis to assess the social housing needs of cadres, civil servants, armed forces, low-income workers, households and individuals in Khanh Hoa province (including the merged Ninh Thuan province). At the same time, it is necessary to orient and call for investment in social housing projects and speed up the project implementation progress of investors; contributing to the completion of social housing goals and targets in 2025 and the following years until 2030 of the province.
