Attending the incense offering ceremony were leaders of the District Party Committee, District People's Council, District People's Committee, and District Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of specialized departments and agencies, businesses, and communes and towns in the district.
At Kinh Thien Palace on Nghia Linh mountain peak, with heartfelt gratitude for the merits of their ancestors, the leaders of Doan Hung district offered incense, flowers, and offerings to commemorate and express gratitude for the merits of the Hung Kings; at the same time, they respectfully reported to the spirits of the Hung Kings about the socio -economic development achievements that the district has achieved in 2024 and the first quarter of 2025.

In 2024 and the first quarter of 2025, the Party Committee, government, and people of all ethnic groups in Doan Hung district united, innovated, and resolutely overcame difficulties, effectively exploiting potentials and advantages; identifying key tasks and priorities to focus on leadership and guidance. All socio-economic development goals were achieved and exceeded; political security remained stable; social order and safety were ensured; the economy experienced significant growth; the economic structure shifted in a positive direction; the national target program on building new rural areas achieved good results, with 12 out of 13 communes meeting the new rural area standards; socio-economic infrastructure continued to receive investment; the total mobilized resources for construction in the district reached over 2,200 billion VND, the highest ever; and budget revenue reached 137.5% of the plan.
The people's enjoyment of culture has been enhanced, cultural, artistic, and sports activities have become more profound and flourished, fostering unity and spreading national strength and spirit; social security is ensured; and the people's lives have improved significantly. The activities of the Fatherland Front and other mass organizations continue to be reformed; Party building and government consolidation have been strengthened, creating confidence and enthusiasm throughout the district Party committee.
The achievements are a testament to the collective efforts of the entire Party Committee, government, Fatherland Front, and people's organizations from the district to the grassroots level; the unity, consensus, and striving efforts of cadres and Party members in overcoming difficulties; and the continuous efforts of each enterprise and each citizen throughout the district. These results have gradually affirmed the position of Doan Hung district and contributed to the overall development of the province.
Before the spirits of our ancestors who contributed to building and defending the nation, the Party Committee, government, and people of Doan Hung district pledge to continue the tradition of the Dragon and the Immortal, striving to improve, unite, and overcome all difficulties and challenges. Together, we will work with one heart and mind, promoting the will, aspirations, and strength of national unity and the traditions of our heroic grapefruit homeland. We are determined to successfully achieve the socio-economic development goals set forth in the Resolution of the 23rd Congress of the Doan Hung District Party Committee and the major political tasks ahead. We will continue to preserve and promote the local cultural heritage, building culture as a goal, a spiritual foundation, and a driving force for the socio-economic development of the locality.
