The Vietnamese women's team completed the second day of training in Germany. Captain Huynh Nhu also shared about the team's experiences.
Regarding this trip of the Vietnamese women's team , captain Huynh Nhu said that this is a valuable opportunity for the whole team to learn and accumulate experience to prepare for the 2023 Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand in July and August. Evaluating the training conditions in Germany, the striker from Tra Vinh said: "The team has only been here for a few days but overall everything is quite good, from food to the field. The training ground here is as smooth as at the Vietnam Youth Football Training Center. I think this is a good condition for the team to practice."
Today (June 7) is one of the heaviest training days for the Vietnamese female players since arriving in Frankfurt, with two consecutive sessions at 10am and 2pm. This is a schedule calculated by the coaching staff to help the players get used to the high-intensity competition and training schedule.
The Vietnamese team actively practices in Germany with an intensity of 2 sessions/day.

Coach Mai Duc Chung and his colleagues arranged confrontational exercises within a 32-meter area for the players to practice their finishing and long-range shooting skills. In addition, the coaching staff also gave the whole team more speed training.
During this training session, the team will have 4 friendly matches with clubs and the national women's teams of Germany and Poland. Huynh Nhu said: "Each friendly match is a valuable opportunity for me to practice and hone the skills I lack in terms of strength and experience when facing strong teams. The upcoming opponents at the 2023 World Cup are very classy. During this training session, the team will also have friendly matches with the Polish U.23 women's team and especially the German women's team to learn. The whole team will take advantage of this precious time to prepare best for the World Cup. The training trip will help improve the quality of the Vietnamese women's team."
After returning to Portugal, Huynh Nhu went to Germany to join the Vietnamese team.
