Intel to release 0x114 patch to improve Core Ultra 200S CPU performance

This is said to be a move to fix the unimpressive gaming performance of the Arrow Lake Core Ultra 200S CPU series. Previously, the performance tests of this chip line disappointed the technology community because the results did not meet expectations.

According to ROG forum sources, microcode 0x114 is in the final stages of development and will soon be available on Z890 motherboards, including high-end products such as ASUS ROG Maximus Extreme. ASUS's latest BIOS version (1101) now integrates microcode 0x113, which brings significant improvements in system stability and compatibility. However, according to reviews, this is not the optimal solution that Intel wants. Microcode 0x114 is expected to be an official update to improve overall performance.
