Recently, the People's Committee of Ke Sat town has intensified the dissemination of the Binh Giang District People's Committee's policy on building civilized streets and beautifying and restoring urban order. This dissemination has been carried out extensively among officials, Party members, and the general public, especially families living along the town's streets and roads. The information is disseminated through the town's radio system, mobile police vehicles, meetings, activities of various departments and organizations, Party branches, and religious ceremonies of parishes in the area.

When the campaign began, it faced considerable difficulties due to the town's numerous roads and streets. Along the main thoroughfares, most households earned their living through various businesses and the production of machinery in the mechanical engineering sector, often having awnings or canopies and displaying goods on the sidewalks and pedestrian walkways.

In addition to disseminating information about urban order 3-4 times a day via loudspeakers, the People's Committee of Ke Sat town requires households to sign and implement commitments such as: not displaying goods for sale, placing signs or advertisements on sidewalks; voluntarily dismantling awnings, canopies, signs, and advertisements that occupy space on sidewalks (hanging signs). The People's Committee also guides households to install signs and advertisements in accordance with regulations to ensure urban aesthetics.

In November 2023, the People's Committee of Ke Sat town established a Public Order Management Team. This team, in coordination with the Road Department of Binh Giang district, operates on a schedule of two shifts per week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the task of patrolling and reminding households along streets and roads not to re-encroach on public spaces or display goods for sale on sidewalks. For households that repeatedly violate the regulations, the Public Order Management Team issues a report and confiscates the infringing items. This contributes to raising awareness and responsibility among families, individuals, and businesses in voluntarily complying with urban order regulations, traffic safety, and practicing a civilized urban lifestyle to create a green, clean, and beautiful urban landscape.

After clearing the roads and streets, the town's police force developed a daily plan to ensure traffic safety on both inner-city and outer-city roads and streets, regularly reminding vehicle owners not to stop or park on the road, which affects traffic safety.

Kẻ Sặt has three Catholic parishes, and several major holidays throughout the year, such as Easter and Christmas, attract large numbers of parishioners and people from many places. During these occasions, the town's police force is stationed at checkpoints, with specific tasks assigned to each member, and maintains a constant presence to patrol the roads and streets to remind people of violations and ensure traffic safety.

The town of Kẻ Sặt has completed the removal of violations of road safety corridors on various roads and streets, dismantling tents and advertising signs on the sidewalks of Trần Hưng Đạo Street, Phạm Ngũ Lão Street, Thống Nhất Street (from the Trần Hưng Đạo intersection to the district's Martyrs' Memorial), and Lạc Long Quân Street. More than 1,000 households on these roads and streets have dismantled and removed awnings and canopies. The entire town has removed over 600 illegal advertising signs and billboards.

After the drastic removal of awnings and canopies, Pham Ngu Lao street has become more spacious, clean, and beautiful.

In March 2024, the Ke Sat Town Police Department advised on the establishment of a "Safe and Orderly School Gate" model at Ke Sat Primary School. Accordingly, during the school year, at the school gate area, from 6:15 AM to 7:15 AM and from 4 PM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, several police officers, veterans, security guards, school teachers, and Red Flag members conduct awareness campaigns and guide people to park and stop vehicles according to regulations, strictly adhering to traffic laws; and strictly handling violations. This is also the first "Safe and Orderly School Gate" model implemented in Binh Giang district. Since the model came into operation, traffic congestion and chaos during peak hours have ceased to occur.

According to Comrade Nhữ Văn Phương, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Kẻ Sặt town, tightening urban order management aims to create a new look for Kẻ Sặt town, with the main beneficiaries being the local people. Along with the involvement of the local government, the active participation and support of the people is a decisive factor in building and maintaining a new, green, clean, and beautiful appearance for the streets and avenues. From there, Kẻ Sặt town will be built into a civilized, modern urban area, worthy of being the political , economic, cultural, and social center of Bình Giang district.
