Vietnam is honored to be the host country and also has the highest goal: to win the championship right on home ground. The matches will take place at two locations: Lach Tray Stadium (Hai Phong), where Group A, semi-finals and finals will be held; and Viet Tri Stadium (Phu Tho), where Group B matches will take place.

Vietnam women's team match schedule

The Vietnamese women’s team is in Group A with Thailand, Indonesia and Cambodia. According to the schedule, coach Mai Duc Chung’s players will face Cambodia and Indonesia, before meeting Thailand in the crucial match on August 12 – considered the “early final” of the group.

With a harmonious force of experience and youth, the Vietnamese women's team is expected to continue to affirm its position as number 1 in Southeast Asia, especially after the 2023 Women's World Cup. This will be a golden opportunity for Vietnamese women's football to conquer the regional peak.
