Results of the 2nd round of the online contest "Learning legal knowledge...

After a month of launching, the contest continued to attract the participation of a large number of cadres, party members, civil servants, union members, youth, military soldiers, students and people nationwide, with nearly 30,000 contestants.

In particular, a number of agencies, units, academies, and schools inside and outside the Army have a large number of candidates, such as: Political Officer School , Information Officer School, Army Corps 34, Coast Guard Region 2, Dalat College of Tourism and localities: Hanoi City, Ha Giang, Soc Trang, Tay Ninh, Khanh Hoa...

At the end of the second period, the Organizing Committee selected 11 quality entries from individuals to award prizes. Specifically as follows:

3 third prizes: Tran Le Thao Vy (No. 114/4, Quarter 7, Dau Tieng Town, Dau Tieng District, Binh Duong Province); Do Thi Linh (Van Hien Village, Van Phu Commune, Son Duong District, Tuyen Quang Province); Nguyen Thi Thuong Thuong (Military Hospital 211, Logistics and Engineering Department, Army Corps 34).

5 consolation prizes: Nguyen Thi Thuy Linh (Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education, Dai Tu District, Thai Nguyen Province); Le Dang Son (Khuong Trung Ward, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi); Tran Ngoc Duc (Hamlet 10, Quynh Vinh Commune, Hoang Mai Town, Nghe An Province); Dang Thanh Nam (Long Phu District Medical Center, Hamlet 2, Long Phu Town, Long Phu District, Soc Trang Province); Hoang Thuy Nhung (Alley 10 Truong Quyen, Quarter 1, Tay Ninh City, Tay Ninh Province).

Mr. Dang Thanh Nam (Long Phu District Medical Center, Hamlet 2, Long Phu Town, Long Phu District, Soc Trang Province) won the second consolation prize in the online contest "Learning legal knowledge on the People's Army Newspaper" in 2025.

During the marking process of the second round, the Organizing Committee found that in the essay section, in addition to good entries, there were also some entries that copied sample essays from websites or used the Chat GPT software to complete the exam. In these cases, the Organizing Committee will not be eligible to select the papers for marking. Therefore, the Organizing Committee recommends that readers promote a spirit of self-awareness and high responsibility when participating in the contest.

In order for the contest to continue to be implemented effectively, have a widespread influence and attract a large number of cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, students, armed forces soldiers and people from localities across the country to participate, agencies and units need to continue to direct and promote propaganda work on the purpose and meaning of the contest. Focus on propaganda on mass media, grassroots radio systems, electronic information pages of agencies and units; propagate and mobilize cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, students, armed forces soldiers and people to respond and participate in the contest, so that the contest achieves the highest results.

The 3rd round of the online contest “Learning legal knowledge on the People's Army Newspaper” in 2025 starts from May 12 to June 11, 2025. To participate in the contest, cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, cadres, soldiers of the People's Armed Forces, students, and citizens of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and Vietnamese people abroad can:

- Step 1: Access the Contest directly at http://qdnd.vn.

- Step 2: Read the "Rules" carefully before participating.

- Step 3: Fill in all the information to register for the exam, including: Full name; phone number; citizen identification number; password; re-enter password.

- Step 4: Answer 10 multiple choice questions and 1 essay analyzing and feeling about a legal issue in life of no more than 500 words (the essay is not required but will be given priority points). (Note: Each individual can take the exam a maximum of 2 times/term to improve exam results).

Exam content includes: Understanding the legal system; codes of law; documents guiding the implementation of laws, regulations of the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
