The province's socio-economic situation in the first 6 months of the year was maintained stable and growing, with the following indicators: The province's GRDP growth rate in the first 6 months of 2023 is estimated to increase by 3.29 % .

The management and operation of the budget and credit institutions are carried out strictly and effectively. Total budget revenue in the area province achieved 962.5 billion VND, equal to 41% of the central budget estimate, equal to 34% of the provincial People's Council budget estimate, equal to 38% compared to the same period in 2022. The province has directed drastic budget savings; proactively mobilized resources to promptly meet the needs of spending for natural disaster and flood relief ; spending on defense drills and a number of other urgent tasks. Total local budget expenditure realized over 3,250 billion VND, compared to the estimate assigned by the Central Government, it reached 25.1%; compared to the estimate assigned by the People's Council, it reached 24.5%; compared to the same period last year, it was 116.1%. In which, Disbursement of public investment capital was 1,034.8 billion VND, equal to 23.18% of the total assigned public investment plan capital for 2023 and the public investment capital source extended from 2022 to 2023; of which: disbursement of capital plan for 2023: 597,807 billion VND, equal to 20.92% of the plan , up 1.12% Compared to the same period in 2022.
