During the last term, the Party Cell of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions has organized and implemented the targets and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Congress; 100% of party members and the masses have studied, researched, and thoroughly grasped the Resolutions and Directives of the Party Committees at all levels; Cadres, party members, civil servants, and workers have always maintained their political qualities and revolutionary ethics; always believed in the Party's innovation path and leadership. Party development work has completed 100% of the set targets, regularly creating conditions for the masses to practice, study, and strive to stand in the Party's ranks. The Party Cell Committee and the Party Cell, together with the Department's leaders, have led and directed the completion of the unit's professional and political tasks on ethnic affairs, ethnic policies; and religious and belief work; proactively advised the Provincial People's Committee to guide and direct the implementation of the National Target Program according to Decision No. 1719/QD-TTg . 1 2 /QD-TTg, 28 /QD-TTg , 498 /QD-TTg, ... successfully organize the 1st - 5th Congress of ethnic minorities at district and provincial levels in 2024, do a good job of administrative procedure reform and digital transformation ; organize training courses to improve capacity for grassroots officials and the community , conferences to disseminate laws to prestigious people and ethnic minorities , propaganda to reduce the situation of early marriage, consanguineous marriage ; religious activities in the province are stable, complying with the provisions of law, charter, regulations, principles and purposes of religious organizations. Accordingly, with the efforts of each party member and civil servant of the agency, during the past term, the agency has been recognized and rewarded by superiors: the Prime Minister, the Committee for Ethnic Minorities and the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 14 collectives and 16 individuals; the Committee for Ethnic Minorities awarded emulation flags to 01 collective; the Provincial People's Committee awarded Certificates of Merit to 04 "Excellent Labor Collectives"; 15 collectives were awarded the title of " Advanced Labor Collective"; 109 individuals were awarded the title of "Advanced Labor", 14 individuals were awarded the title of "Emulation Fighter at the grassroots level"; the Department Director awarded Certificates of Merit to 09 collectives and 56 individuals .

With the aim of widespread propaganda, creating high consensus, unity in awareness, political ideology and action among cadres, party members, civil servants and workers in the entire Department, the Party Cell has thoroughly directed all cadres, party members and civil servants to study and contribute opinions to the documents of the Party Congress at higher levels in building and planning the Party's guidelines and policies, contributing to the successful implementation of the set goals and tasks, praising new factors, typical advanced models in performing professional tasks; Prevent and repel the degradation of political ideology, morality, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party, associated with the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo (13th tenure) on continuing to promote the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo (12th tenure) on "promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" and Regulation No. 144-QD/TW dated May 9, 2024 on revolutionary ethical standards of cadres and party members in the new period.

Closely following the directives of superiors, over the past time The Party Committee is always proactive and serious in leading and directing the Party Cell to prepare conditions for the Party Cell Congress, including: Political Report, preparing personnel for the Party Cell Committee, establishing sub-committees to advise on contents to ensure the preparation process for the Party Cell Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term. Before the Congress took place, the Party Committee directed and organized the dissemination of directive documents of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee to all cadres, party members, civil servants and employees in the entire Department on the election regulations in the Party, issued directive documents; established sub-committees and working groups to serve the Party Cell Congress; Orientate propaganda contents before, during and after the Party Congress in association with the implementation of the political tasks of the agency, create a vibrant competitive atmosphere to welcome the Party Congress at all levels in each cadre, party member and the masses in the unit and create a solid premise to enter the "new era, the era of national growth" to successfully achieve the goal of 100 years of national founding.

With the close leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee , the participation of all levels and sectors, and the high sense of responsibility of the comrades in the Party Committee and sub-committees, the Party Cell has reported on the preparation work for the Congress according to the direction of the Provincial Party Committee to ensure the correct procedures. The time to organize the Party Congress of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions for the 2025-2030 term is expected to be held on June 16, 2025.
