(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On the morning of August 18, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Military Command (CHQS) organized the opening ceremony of an open volleyball, table tennis, and pickleball tournament to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Provincial Armed Forces' Traditional Day (August 24, 1945 - August 24, 2025).

Through the competition, the aim is to strengthen the spirit of solidarity, improve health; promote the sports movement, create a joyful and healthy atmosphere to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Armed Forces; contribute to strengthening the relationship of solidarity and efficiency in performing tasks between the provincial armed forces and agencies, departments and localities.

Immediately after the opening ceremony, the first matches took place in an exciting and exciting atmosphere. Athletes competed in three events: volleyball, table tennis and pickleball.
