Implementing the Project "Discovering, Nurturing, and Promoting Young Vietnamese Talents in the period 2022-2030," with the attention of Party committees and authorities at all levels, and the close coordination of departments and agencies in the province, the Ninh Binh Provincial Youth Informatics Competition has been held annually and is increasingly being innovated and developed in terms of content, form, scale, and quality. This has created a widespread impact, aligning with the strong development trend of science and technology and the learning and creative needs of the younger generation.
The competition is not only a valuable intellectual playground, but also an important environment for young people to hone their logical thinking, creativity, and practical application of information technology. Through this, it contributes to discovering and nurturing young talents in the field of science and technology, gradually forming a high-quality workforce to serve the development of the homeland and the country.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Provincial Youth Union leader requested that the members of the Judging Panel and the Examination Board uphold a high sense of responsibility, ensuring that the examinations are conducted and graded in accordance with regulations, objectively and fairly, selecting outstanding contestants to award prizes and choose a team to participate in the 3rd National Youth Informatics Competition. He urged the contestants to make the best use of their abilities, strictly adhere to regulations, and compete with honesty, confidence, and creativity.
The competition was organized with many practical and modern contents related to the requirements of digital transformation and the development of digital capabilities for young people, aiming to concretize and effectively implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation; and Action Program No. 20-CTHĐ/TWĐTN-KHCN of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union implementing Resolution 57-NQ/TW.
Through this competition, we not only encourage students to actively study computer science, research, and master information technology, but also create an environment for them to develop creative thinking and the ability to apply knowledge to practice, gradually forming dynamic and confident digital citizens in the new era. The competition also contributes to spreading the "Young Innovators" movement launched by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union.

Following the opening ceremony, the contestants entered the competition with a serious attitude and fully complied with the rules and regulations of the contest.
