The 2024 Mai Vang Art Festival for primary school teams took place over five nights with the participation of 52 units from primary schools throughout the province. In 18-minute performances, participating units presented a combination of singing and dancing acts with themes praising children's love for President Ho Chi Minh, family, homeland, and country; promoting the image and introducing the unique culture of their respective localities.

The festival aims to encourage the artistic talents of Ninh Thuan children, promote their learning, training, and comprehensive development in morality, intellect, physical fitness, and aesthetics, and contribute to strengthening the youth organization and children's movement in primary schools throughout the province.
