Opening of the 2023 Ninh Thuan Province Elderly Singing Festival

On August 2, at the Provincial Cultural and Artistic Center, the Representative Board of the Association of the Elderly (NCT) held the Opening Ceremony of the Ninh Thuan Province Elderly Singing Festival 2023. Attending were members of the Provincial Party Committee: Tran Minh Luc, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Chamaléa Thi Thuy, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; leaders of departments, branches, unions, and localities.

After nearly 6 months of implementation, the Organizing Committee has selected 34 best performances from 9 groups, including 7 districts, cities and 2 clubs under the Provincial Elderly Association Representative Board to participate in the final round.

The Organizing Committee presented souvenir flags to the delegations participating in the Ninh Thuan Province Elderly Singing Festival 2023.

This is a meaningful activity to continue to promote the care and promote the role of the elderly better, create conditions for the elderly to participate in cultural and artistic activities, promote the mass art movement in residential areas, contributing to building an increasingly strong Elderly Association. At the same time, it is a condition for the elderly to participate in preserving and promoting national cultural values and teaching the younger generation about folk songs, using musical instruments, etc.
