On the afternoon of October 20, at Hoa Lu Ancient Town, the Provincial Cooperative Union held the opening of a market to introduce cooperative products.
The first fair was held in Ninh Binh for 3 days, from October 20 to October 22, gathering more than 40 booths of cooperatives belonging to the Cooperative Union of participating provinces and cities, including: Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Thai Binh, Hanoi city, Yen Bai, Thai Nguyen, Vinh Phuc , Bac Giang, Bac Lieu.
Over the past time, the Provincial Cooperative Union has always identified trade promotion and product introduction activities as key tasks in consulting and supporting the collective economic sector and cooperatives.
The organization of the fair aims to create opportunities for cooperatives to meet, exchange, promote cooperation, and expand the consumption market. This fair brings together regional specialties with clear origins, products meeting VietGAP, GlobalGAP, OCOP standards, diverse in form, rich in content, beautiful in design and appearance,
The first Cooperative Product Fair in 2023 not only brings Ninh Binh people the opportunity to access and purchase safe, quality products from the collective economy of provinces and cities across the country, but also creates conditions for visitors and shoppers to meet, connect, exchange, and directly discuss with cooperatives to learn more about the production process and quality standards certification of the displayed items.
At this fair, Ninh Binh has nearly 30 cooperatives participating with typical products such as: Yen Thang pennywort powder, Cuc Phuong Bochi ginseng, Thanh Nguyen braised meat with shrimp paste, Tong Truong perch floss, yellow flower tea, Co Do burnt rice, braised loach in clay pot, RiTi chrysanthemum tea...
After the ribbon-cutting ceremony to open the market, delegates visited the booths displaying and introducing cooperative products from provinces and cities participating in the market.
