The recently published book "The Hung Kings Era" (History, Economy , Politics, Culture, Society) is a meticulous research work, compiling multi-faceted analyses of the first period of the nation's history. The book delves into the study of the early state organization model of the Van Lang - Au Lac period, the agricultural economy based on wet rice cultivation, and the customs and traditions that shaped ancient Vietnamese culture. In particular, the authors place the Hung Kings era within the historical context of Southeast Asia, clarifying the position and role of the Van Lang state in the region's development.
"The Hung Kings Era" consists of five parts: "The Van Lang Kingdom: Borders, Name and Population", "Economic State", "Social and Political Institutions", "Cultural Life", and "The Au Lac Kingdom of An Duong Vuong or the End of the Hung Kings Era".
The research findings in this book not only help to authentically recreate the appearance of the Hung Kings era but also affirm the continuity and enduring nature of Vietnamese culture from its early beginnings to the present day. This is a valuable document for a deeper understanding of the nation's origins, thereby strengthening pride and a sense of responsibility in preserving Vietnamese cultural identity.

While "The Hung Kings Era" takes readers back to the early period, where the Lac Viet people laid the first foundations of the Van Lang nation, "The Hung Kings Worship Belief in Vietnam" explains why the custom of worshipping the Hung Kings is not only a tradition but also a cultural heritage recognized by UNESCO.
Professor Ta Ngoc Tan stated that the book "The Hung Kings Worship Belief in Vietnam" was created to contribute to the dissemination of the Hung Kings worship belief to international friends; to further assess the relics of Hung Kings temples nationwide in order to plan for the restoration and renovation of places of worship to make them solemn and worthy; to collect and standardize the historical accounts and rituals of Hung Kings worship to create uniformity throughout the country; and to develop solutions for preserving and promoting this cultural heritage of humanity.
These two books are not merely scientific documents; they also serve to connect the past with the present, igniting patriotism in present and future generations.
