"A Heart for You" is a program that screens for congenital heart disease and provides free heart surgery for underprivileged children under 18 years old. The program was founded and is run by the Vietnam Military Telecommunications Group ( Viettel ) and the Vietnamese Heart Foundation - Vietnam Television since 2008.
This is a large-scale, ongoing humanitarian charity program, one of the longest-running community projects in Vietnam. The program collaborates with dozens of major hospitals with cardiology departments to provide screening and surgery for patients nationwide.

After 17 years of providing humanitarian surgery for underprivileged children under 18, the "Heart for Children" program has supported surgeries for over 7,700 child patients and organized 117 screening programs for congenital heart disease, reaching nearly 200,000 children nationwide. The average cost of each surgery is up to 40 million VND. This is the 5th time the program has been held in Tuyen Quang .
The program will run until 11:30 AM on August 3rd. Families with children suspected of having heart conditions can bring them for examination, consultation, and treatment.
